Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.
We want our customers to be happy with our products. In the case of misdelivery or if you have received a defect product, we will accept replacement or the return of goods.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please make sure to return the item in its original condition and follow the procedure below. Otherwise we may not be able to accept your return.
- Product must be in “sellable condition” means product must be unused with labels in its original packaging and condition. We can not accept items that are not in a “sellable condition”.
- Clearance and sale items are final sale, no refunds!
- Contact us through our contact form only and within 48 hours after receiving the items. Please provide your name, order number, items and reason for the return.
Please ship the items back within 7 days after you received it from us and only after you get a return confirmation provided by us.
- If you are shipping the product back to us, please provide the parcel service that you are using, also a tracking number, without any proof of shipment we can not reimburse or compensate of lost packages.
- All shipping expenses are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable unless the reason for return is due to an error by Courio-City Inc.
- After we received and inspected your returned items, a refund minus original shipping, will be credited to your Credit Card within10 business days.
- We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds, if the returned product does not meet our return policies.
- Courio-City Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs or import duties, we can not accept reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
